RETURN GUIDELINES

RETURNING AN ITEM

We understand that occasionally a purchase may not meet your expectations, so we have a simple returns policy to make this process as easy as possible. We offer a 14 day window for the return of items which opens on the day you receive your product. We just ask that all returned merchandise retains its original tags and packaging and is unused.

REFUNDS

The quicker you return an item, the sooner you will receive your refund. There is a process to be undergone of checking returned purchases, but this can be done swiftly and, provided there are no issues with the items you have returned, your refund will be processed promptly. Funds will be refunded via the same means that payment was received.

EXCHANGES

We do not process items for exchange. However, you are welcome to order a replacement item whilst awaiting a refund or after your refund has been processed.
